Yellow, Lance, and Giovanni.
Based on the Pokemon Special universe,
all 3 of them were born in the viridian forest
each in different generations. It's said that maybe
once per generation, a child is born with a rare trait
that allows to them to 'speak' with their pokemon
and heal them up at times. or sumshit.
